This energy rich fruit smoothie will not only refresh but keep you energised throughout the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 100 grams raspberries

  • 100 grams blueberries

  • 4 oranges ? (or 1 cup “not from concentrate” orange juice)

  • 1/4 cup greek style yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp overnight soaked chia seeds

  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Few ice cubes

Directions

  • Peel the bananas and cut into chunks
  • Reserve few blueberries for garnishing
  • Place all the above ingredients with bananas together in a blender or a smoothie maker and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth
  • Pour in the glass, decorate and serve

Notes

  • You can also use other berries – black berries, straw berries as per your taste
