minutesThis energy rich fruit smoothie will not only refresh but keep you energised throughout the day.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
100 grams raspberries
100 grams blueberries
4 oranges ? (or 1 cup “not from concentrate” orange juice)
1/4 cup greek style yoghurt
2 tbsp overnight soaked chia seeds
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tbsp honey
Few ice cubes
Directions
- Peel the bananas and cut into chunks
- Reserve few blueberries for garnishing
- Place all the above ingredients with bananas together in a blender or a smoothie maker and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth
- Pour in the glass, decorate and serve
Notes
- You can also use other berries – black berries, straw berries as per your taste
